The interior on arrival

The 911 SC Targa arrived with the interior completely stripped. Door panels removed, seats out, carpet lifted. The bare metal underneath showed some surface oxidation from the years. Nothing structural, but the interior needed to be rebuilt from scratch.

Upholstery and door panels

Work started with the center console: removed, cleaned, and retrimmed in dark blue leatherette. The door panels were rebuilt in the same material. For the seats, we used blue leatherette for the bolsters and a gray/blue tweed fabric insert for the seating areas, matching the original spec for those years.

Finished interior

The result is an interior rebuilt to its original appearance, with new materials throughout. Front seats, rear bench, door panels, console, and gear tunnel: all retrimmed in the same blue color scheme. Velour carpet finishes the job. The owner wanted to feel like the Targa had just left the factory.
