This site implements Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept the statistics category, analytics signals default to “denied” and the _ga/_ga_* cookies described above are not set.

Legal basis

The pm_lang and cmplz_* cookies are technical and strictly necessary for the site to function and to remember your preferences. Under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (implementing the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended), technical cookies do not require prior consent.

The Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are not technical and are set only after you give explicit, informed consent through the cookie banner, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time, as described in Section 06.

Third-party services and links

This site integrates Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager, to measure site traffic and usage on an aggregate basis. The related scripts are loaded from Google domains and are activated only after you give your consent in the cookie banner. It also contains external links to:

  • Google Maps (directions link on the contacts page): clicking opens Google Maps in a new tab, outside this site.
  • WhatsApp (wa.me links): clicking opens the WhatsApp app or website.
  • YouTube (link to the Porschemania channel in the footer): clicking opens YouTube in a new tab.

Visiting those external services is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies, over which Porschemania has no control.

Managing and withdrawing consent

Your consent is required before any analytics cookie is set. You can grant, refuse or change your preferences at any time:

  • On first visit, choose “Accept” or “Reject” in the cookie banner.
  • Reopen the cookie-preferences panel at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, to change your choice.
  • Clear all cookies stored on your device directly from your browser settings (see Section 07 below).

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
