What they say about us

Testimonials

Forty years of work, told by those who entrusted us with their Porsche.

The hood needed replacing and the driver’s seat had peeling leather. Porschemania found the right materials without pushing modern alternatives on me. The result is coherent with the car, not a patch job.

Porsche 944 Cabriolet

I’d been driving the 911 with makeshift seat covers for three years. I kept putting it off because I couldn’t find someone I trusted with the materials. The leather and fabric sample range at Porschemania is serious. I chose colour and finish at my own pace. Now I open the door and stop to look before getting in.

Bologna

Porsche 911 2.0 (1972)

I had a clear idea: the SC with a 1970s look, tobacco leather interior, gunmetal wheels. I didn’t want something generic. Porschemania took the idea seriously from the first appointment. Every colour and material choice was discussed together. The result is exactly what I had in mind, perhaps better.

Porsche 911 SC (Backdate)

There are good workshops for Porsches in Germany. But for my 1970 911 I wanted someone who would treat it as a unique piece. I found Porschemania on specialist forums and brought the car from Munich. The photo-by-photo documentation of every restoration phase was exactly what I was looking for.

München

Porsche 911 2.2 T (1970)

The Targa roof was leaking at a couple of points and the opening mechanism was stiff. I was looking for someone who really knew these things, not someone improvising with generic seals. They redid the mechanisms, seals and inner lining with original materials. Not a drop gets in now.

Padova

Porsche 911 Targa (1974)

I’m ten minutes away by car. I’ve brought the 911 to Porschemania several times over the years. I’ve never had reason to look elsewhere.

Livorno

Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera (1987)

The 914 had rust in the sills and a poorly done bodywork repair on the left wing. Porschemania documented everything before touching anything and showed me the original colour specifications. Three weeks, no surprises.

Genova

Porsche 914 (1973)

Custom cover for the 356 with an embroidered logo. Soft material, well made. Ready in three weeks.

Venezia

Porsche 356 B (1963)

I ordered NOS parts for the 356 directly from the website. Careful packaging, parts arrived in perfect condition in four days. I didn’t expect such attention for an international order.

Lyon

Porsche 356 B (1962)

I was skeptical about backdate projects. I feared something artificial. What I saw come out of Porschemania was coherent in every detail, nothing jarred. It took six months and every decision was mine.

Torino

Porsche 911 F (Backdate)

The 911 had a repair on the front hood that was barely visible but had bothered me for years. In raking light the colour was slightly off. Porschemania redid the area matching the original paint code. Now you can’t see a thing.
